A recent Lakeview North renovation project contained all the ingredients of makeover. A second floor above a large garage was converted into accommodations. Two bedrooms, a full bathroom, kitchen, outdoor deck and double-height ceiling are some of the highlights. Plumbing, electrical, climate control and comfortable, ample living space were key elements of this assignment.

Decorative features can include structural wood posts and beams.
To create as large a space as possible, this renovation was designed with inset ceiling lighting. The structural wood post and beam elements were left uncovered to add character to the environment.
A bright modern and functional kitchen.
Looks and functionality should influence decisions when approaching a kitchen or bathroom renovation. Here is the ‘before’ and ‘after’ images as a kitchen was installed. In the planning stages, the correct placement of electrical outlets and switches, lighting and plumbing must be accounted for.
